March 2024: The order that almost broke a B2B relationship

In March 2024, I was handling a generator fleet order for a mechanical contractor. Twelve units. Tight timeline. The client needed portable power for a pump skid with a VFD single phase output, plus some control cabinets that were sensitive to dirty power.
