The 2:47AM Emergency: A Honda Generator Story About Bad Breakers and the Real Cost of Cheap Quotes

It was 2:47AM when my phone lit up. I almost didn't answer it—but when you're the person who handles emergency orders at a Honda generator dealership, you don't get to sleep through unknown numbers.
